Location: FFC Elmhurst
Required Shifts:
Tuesday/Thursday 5am-10am
Friday 4-9pm
Saturday 4-8pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome members by name and create a positive first impression of the facility
- Check-in members and guests upon arrival
- Serve as a liaison between current and prospective members and the Membership Department
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Address all member inquiries, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as necessary
- Execute opening and closing procedures for the front desk
- Process payments as required and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
- Participate in all mandatory department and club staff meetings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and colleagues
- Insurance - Medical (available for full-time employees), Dental and Vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare
- Company-paid Life Insurance (available for full-time employees)

- Professional Development Reimbursement - FFC will match 50% of the cost for an educational activity up to a maximum reimbursement of $200 per calendar year. We encourage our staff to broaden their educational pursuits. This benefit becomes effective after 90 days of employment (available for full-time employees)
