We are in search of a Guest Services Representative who is personable, dependable, and eager to learn. At FFC, delivering exceptional customer service is paramount. Location: FFC Elmhurst

Required Shifts:
Tuesday/Thursday 5am-10am
Friday 4-9pm
Saturday 4-8pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members by name and create a positive first impression of the facility
  • Check-in members and guests upon arrival
  • Serve as a liaison between current and prospective members and the Membership Department
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism
  • Address all member inquiries, concerns, and complaints; Provide additional support to the Membership Experience Manager as necessary
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the front desk
  • Process payments as required and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Participate in all mandatory department and club staff meetings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and colleagues
