The Department of Biology at a prestigious university is seeking applications for a one-semester position as an Adjunct Lecturer in Human Anatomy. This role is set to commence in the upcoming academic term.

The successful applicant will be responsible for instructing BIOL 260: Human Anatomy. The course is scheduled for three hours weekly, and candidates who can adhere to the established timetable are preferred. Instructors are expected to hold office hours totaling 2-4 hours per week. The course includes both lectures and laboratory sessions, all within the designated time frame. A prerequisite for this course is the completion of BIOL 220 & 220L: Human Physiology, ensuring that students have a foundational understanding of human physiology prior to enrollment.

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree, Ph.D., or a relevant professional qualification in a related educational or health discipline. Those nearing completion of advanced degrees in health-related fields will also be considered. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience teaching human anatomy at the collegiate level.
