Job Description:
Adjunct faculty members will be responsible for assisting with duties required to meet the needs of the students in the Anatomy lab. This may require the adjunct to be present during scheduled student labs, but will more often require time in the lab to assist with cadaver prosection. This allows students to stay on track with the curricular schedule. Minimum Qualifications:

All faculty must have at least a Master’s degree in the field/discipline in which they are teaching with 18 hours of course work related to the course(s) being taught. In some cases, subject to the approval by the Provost, a faculty member could be recommended for appointment based on substitution of significant experience for the degree. Doctorate preferred. Must have ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Basic understanding of educational principles and methodologies. Leadership and organizational abilities essential. Preferred candidates have experience as a clinical practitioner. Preferred Qualifications:

Surgical and/or cadaveric dissection experience.
