Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Business Administration and Management Adjunct Faculty to teach college-level courses in-person on the main campus, as well as distance learning/online courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach college-level courses in Business Administration and Management, including but not limited to Intro to Business, Principles of Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Financial Management and Applied Management Principles.
  • Maintain currency in teaching disciplines and trends in community college education.
  • Participate in departmental communication and contribute to the development of curriculum and assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies and evaluate student performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, along with a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Business Administration or Management, and 2 years of related occupational experience in business-related positions.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to write syllabi and exams, develop learning strategies, curriculum, and assessments.
  • Ability to work with students of varying abilities from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teaching experience at the college level, preferably at the community college level.
  • Experience using technology in the classroom.
