Job Overview:
The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking applications for part-time Adjunct Faculty in Business Administration and Management. This role is vital in delivering quality education in the School of Business, Technology, and Trades. The adjunct faculty will be appointed on a semester basis as per the demand for courses.

The position involves teaching a variety of college-level courses, both in-person and online. Courses may include, but are not limited to, Introduction to Business, Management Principles, Human Resources Management, Marketing Strategies, Financial Management, and Applied Management Techniques. Faculty members are expected to stay updated with the latest trends in their teaching areas and actively engage in departmental communications.

Applications will be reviewed continuously as needs arise, ensuring that qualified candidates are considered promptly. Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, complemented by a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in the same fields, along with two years of relevant professional experience in business.

All candidates must demonstrate exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to create syllabi and assessments; develop effective learning strategies; and engage with a diverse student population. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience teaching at the college level, particularly in a community college setting, and proficiency in utilizing technology within the classroom.
