Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team to support order management related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis experience and a good understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analysis to identify issues or opportunities and develop recommendations/solutions/best practices.
  • Support the delivery of monthly and quarterly initiatives working with clients, stakeholders, and team members through agile methodology and tools.
  • Lead business requirements identification and documentation in project management tools with weekly status updates provided to stakeholders.
  • Reduce eCommerce customer satisfaction issues and escalations through business initiatives and process automation implementation.
  • Support key program design, development, and launch of e-commerce initiatives working with stakeholders to measure impact to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Support payment processing conversion with clients to new platforms by tracking and analyzing transaction and claims data to identify trends and improve overall performance.
  • Lead transition from legacy customer surveys to new survey tools and questionnaire implementation in partnership with the CX team.
