Business Analyst Job Summary

At Bonitz, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, defining, and documenting data services and management processes needed to support our business. This includes identifying opportunities to automate business processes, designing and managing projects from a business perspective, and acting as a liaison between business units and the Information Technology department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions using automated systems
• Participate in business process modeling and requirement definition sessions
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support business decision making
• Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes
• Work with technical Business Intelligence resource to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Make recommendations for product and system enhancements for all business applications
• Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent certification
• 5-7 years' experience as a business analysis in systems development and implementation
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes and requirements
• 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft D365 platform implementation and/or support
• Microsoft Power BI experience a plus
• Demonstrated expertise with both SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work successfully in a high-volume, technically demanding job
