Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with at least 6+ years of experience and strong expertise in APIs to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with reading and testing APIs (Postman, SoapAPI, Swagger, etc.)
  • Strong Agile experience - at least 5 years
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle multiple projects, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of BA or BSA experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Certifications (nice to have): SAFe POPM, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CBAP, or other transformation-related certification
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of innovation, design, reengineering, and digital transformation with proven success delivering complex, large-scale initiatives
  • Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving approach, able to propose resolutions and/or remediation to inefficient processes
  • Experience creating user stories and workflows
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced environment and self-prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks within specified timelines
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools like Microsoft Excel
  • Expertise in use of diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, etc.
  • Possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with both internal and external teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Experience with trust accounting systems, IRAs, and alternative assets preferred
  • Ability to design interactive visual interfaces and dashboards (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
  • IRA/IRS rules and regulations knowledge and experience preferred
  • An affinity for accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement
