Job Title: Registered Nurse - Pre-Op
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Plano, Texas. As a Pre-Op Nurse, you will be responsible for preparing patients for surgery, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
• 1+ year of experience in a Pre-Op setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
