About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Flooring Solutions, a Diverzify company. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers in selecting and purchasing the appropriate flooring options for their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including facilities managers, architects, designers, general contractors, and property managers.
  • Provide turn-key commercial floor covering services, including sales calls, product presentations, and project management.
  • Work with design firms to produce samples for specific projects and analyze leads provided by sales management.
  • Coordinate construction projects, including budgeting, estimating, and value engineering cost-saving ideas.
  • Manage projects in conjunction with the project coordinator or installation supervisor.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Previous sales experience or building science/construction management or advanced commercial floor installation experience is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motorized vehicle.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel distribution sales.
  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
  • Strong math skills to calculate figures and amounts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.
