Requirements
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, procedure, and work instruction documentation.
  • Strong proficiency with Visio, Smartsheets, and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization skills to track document progress needed.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Experience with process optimization and creating efficiencies.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field is required. 3-5 years' experience in construction is preferred, with experience in process creation/optimization needed.
