Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team in Austin. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various emergency department settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and prioritizing patient needs, and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs and situations.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in emergency department settings, with a focus on patient-centered care and teamwork.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
