About the Role

Zepf Center is a leading provider of behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest Ohio, serving the community for nearly 50 years. We are seeking a full-time Adult CSU Mental Health Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct triage and intake interviews with clients and referral sources.
  • Provide crisis stabilization services, education, counseling, community resource referrals, and social services interventions.
  • Complete counseling and social work assessments, mental status exams, and social histories.
  • Coordinate and monitor services in the community, including mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.
  • Facilitate group therapy modules and assist with scheduling group therapies.
  • Assess, determine treatment plans, and provide linkage to case management and services.
  • Maintain accurate and complete clinical records.
  • Work cooperatively with hospital staff to assist in step-down of patients from hospital care to CSU.
  • Initiate and develop prevention strategies and perform crisis follow-up as needed.
  • Maintain timely and complete documentation of services and activities.
Requirements
  • Licensure: LSW/LPC; LISW/LPCC
  • Bachelor's degree (required), master's degree preferred
  • 2 years of crisis intervention experience
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and eligibility to drive company vehicles
Working Conditions

This position is in a 24-hour shift unit, requiring the ability to work outside normal business hours and perform emergency overtime as needed.

Rotating weekends and holidays are required.

Hourly wage: $21.55-$34.61
