- Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the success of campus recruiting efforts and provide data-driven insights for enhancements.
- Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to comprehend hiring requirements and devise strategies to fulfill those needs.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the company's employer brand on campuses through targeted marketing, outreach, and social media efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing effective campus recruitment programs and fostering strong relationships with academic institutions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
