Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing effective campus recruitment programs and fostering strong relationships with academic institutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
