Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory and Customer Relations Manager I to join our team at Casa Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge of current automotive products, features, benefits, specifications, prices, options, models, and equipment to effectively communicate with customers and exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of automotive products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Complete monthly vehicle inventory count requirements and work closely with the Accounting Department
  • Ensure safe operation and transportation of all vehicles at all times and adhere to all OSHA and LHM policy requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
Requirements
  • 1+ years of phone customer service or phone sales experience
  • Experience as a detailer preferred
  • Previous manager experience preferred
  • Maintain valid driver's license and MVR record within company policy requirements
  • Basic ability to read and write, ability to effectively convey information to others, apply active listening, and be aware of others' reactions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and current company management systems desirable

  • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Interpersonal skills, including maintaining confidentiality, remaining open to others' ideas, and exhibiting willingness to try new things
  • Time management skills, including integrating methods to provide a consistent and effective workflow
