About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics. As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in the development, documentation, and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system.
  • Assists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met.
  • Supports software project management and software supplier management functions.
  • Selects, tailors, and deploys processes and tools; establishes metrics.
  • Performs software research and trade studies.
  • Troubleshoots software issues.

Requirements
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience).
  • Experience executing DoD STIGs (Security Technical Implementation Guides) for operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019, Redhat Linux 6,7,8).
  • Experience in all aspects of Windows Desktop administration (e.g., application and services, troubleshooting, application configuration, networking, user accounts, Active Directory, and/or security).
  • Experience with Cisco switching, routing, and firewall hardware and common network concepts such as LAN/WAN, perimeter, IPSec, routing/switching, packet filtering, IDS/IPS, authentication, cabling, and troubleshooting.
  • Professional certificates in information assurance and/or cyber security.
Clearance Requirements

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.
