Job Summary:
Horizon Realty Group is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of property management, including sales, operational, and financial duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage property inventory and meet occupancy levels

2. Build strong relationships with residents and ensure excellent customer service

3. Maintain accurate financial records and provide updates to management

4. Supervise property employees and make recommendations for improvement

5. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably in market-rate rentals

• Strong leasing and sales experience

• At least two years in a supervisory or management role

• Detail-oriented and strong verbal and written communication skills

• Yardi property management software a plus

• Strong knowledge of the market

• Must have strong computer/Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook)

• Must be flexible and able to work weekends during the busy season

• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
