We are in search of enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Cashier/Concession Stand Attendants. In this role, you will significantly contribute to enhancing the guest experience.

Cashier Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests, communicate available offerings, and address any inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Serve food and beverages in appropriate portions while adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Responsible service of alcoholic beverages, including checking IDs and following all related policies.
  • Keep track of inventory and waste accurately.
  • Assist in the setup of the stand, organize inventory, and inform the Stand Lead of any shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the stand to ensure a high-quality work environment, including cleaning equipment.
  • Accurately process all transactions using the point-of-sale system and inform guests of their total amounts.
  • Handle cash transactions, including credit card processing and providing correct change.
  • Ensure all transactions are accounted for; maintain an accurate cash count and balance at the end of your shift.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Stand Attendant Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and set up concession stands prior to events.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons, including alcoholic options.
  • Sell additional merchandise as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of sales and cash.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Exhibit strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in fast-paced food service environments.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Background in retail is preferred.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to engage with diverse clients in a loud, busy atmosphere.
  • Proven track record of responsible cash handling.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods and engage in physical activities.
  • Experience with rotating inventory and various food items.
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
