The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of catering and concessions equipment at our venue. This role ensures all equipment is properly maintained to minimize downtime and support smooth operations during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all catering and concessions equipment.
  • Regularly inspect equipment to identify wear and potential failures, and ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance tasks and adjustments made during inspections.
  • Diagnose mechanical or technical issues and perform on-site repairs when necessary.
  • Manage the inventory of parts and tools needed for routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Utilize maintenance management software to log all work orders, track equipment service history, and monitor repair costs.
  • Report on equipment health, required repairs, and capital improvement needs.
  • Lead, train, and supervise a maintenance worker who assists with routine tasks and smaller repairs.
  • Coordinate with and manage subcontractors for specialized repairs and maintenance beyond the team's capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance, ideally in a catering, concessions, or large-scale food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and food service equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience managing and training staff, as well as coordinating with subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
