Job Summary

The Recovery Support Specialist will work with individuals who have experienced psychiatric symptoms to help them develop personal responsibility and self-advocacy skills. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Assist individuals in developing personal responsibility and self-advocacy skills
  • Provide linkage to resources in the community to support individuals
  • Offer outreach services to individuals in crisis or in need of extra support

Estimated Salary: $41,779 - $45,208 per year (based on 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing individualized support to clients
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in mental health direct service
