**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Peer Recovery Coach to join our team at Penndel Mental Health Center. As a Peer Recovery Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals diagnosed with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, or drug and alcohol addiction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide peer instruction and support in recovery resources, linkages, and activities of daily living* Link consumers with community resources and social opportunities, as defined in individualized service plans* Increase levels of community integration/normalization* Utilize strengths-based approach and recovery-oriented models of treatment* Conduct individual & group support/education sessions* Maintain consumer focus on personal recovery and strengths

Our Benefits Package

* Competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage* Up to 1% of salary for continuing education* Opportunities for licensure supervision and training* Flexible work environment, including remote work options
