Job Summary

This full-time position is responsible for leading the Transformational Recovery Program at CATCH, Inc.'s Emergency Evaluation Center (Crisis Residence) program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field and experience working in mental health. Strong communication skills, ethical conduct, personal effectiveness, problem-solving abilities, and thoroughness are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist assigned individuals in recovery in defining and progressing toward self-defined recovery goals.
  • Provide individual and group counseling using an evidence-based practices approach.
  • Ensure that defined clinical documents are completed and updated in cooperation with individuals in recovery and according to program procedures.
  • Assist in all aspects of the recovery program as directed by the Associate Director/Program Coordinator.
  • Facilitate psycho-educational, skills training, rehabilitation, and therapy groups as assigned.
  • Work in cooperation with Community Partnerships Services (CPS) to provide case management and community integration for persons in recovery.
  • Assist individuals in recovery to become familiar with and utilize existing community resources to achieve recovery goals.
  • Work in cooperation with individuals in recovery in design and implementation of program schedules.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Assist the Associate Director in monitoring staff use of time.
  • Monitor activity schedules for development and implementation.
  • Serve as liaison with vendors and authorized administrative staff.
  • Oversee inventory and purchase of supplies.
  • In the absence of the Associate Director, communicate as needed with the Director of Adult Mental Health.
  • Assist the Associate Director in quality review of clinical documentation.
  • Supervise Certified Peer Specialists.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working in mental health.
  • Knowledge of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Model.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ethical conduct.
  • Personal effectiveness.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Thoroughness.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
