Job Summary

Nexus Towing is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Heavy Equipment Recovery Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating a tow truck with a capacity of up to 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), ensuring the safe transportation of vehicles.

About the Role:

  • Safely operate a flatbed/wheel lift tow truck, navigating various terrains and weather conditions.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, documenting incidents and issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with dispatchers to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Regularly inspect the tow truck before and after trips, identifying potential issues and addressing them promptly.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 23 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Able to pass pre-employment & random drug screenings.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Towbook Application and ability to learn quickly.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
