Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Julius Silvert. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family-owned business that has proudly served customers along the east coast for over 100 years.

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day process and operations involved with collections and overdue accounts. Your daily tasks will include collection outreach, reconciling assigned collection accounts, and running daily collection reports.

Your weekly and monthly goals will focus on cash collection, ensuring that assigned accounts are paid within terms. You will also meet with your Collections Supervisor weekly to review accounts of concern.

To succeed in this role, you will need five years of collections experience, familiarity with Accounts Receiving Aging reports, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have a detail-oriented approach with excellent follow-through.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including 401K, dental, disability, health, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and employer-paid long-term disability insurance.
