POSITION SUMMARY

The Compliance Specialist is tasked with regularly visiting the communities we oversee to identify non-compliant homeowners. This role involves driving through neighborhoods served by Spectrum AM to conduct inspections. You will primarily use a company vehicle, though there may be occasions where you will need to utilize your personal vehicle for specific assignments, for which mileage reimbursement is provided.

Are you adept at handling challenging situations? In this position, you may encounter frustrated homeowners and will be expected to manage and resolve conflicts effectively. Training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary for these interactions.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance service quality by suggesting process improvements and identifying new service opportunities.
  • Engage with homeowners to address compliance-related issues and facilitate resolutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by understanding their needs, researching previous similar cases, and providing clear information.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and familiarizing yourself with the governing documents of each homeowner's association.
  • Some walking may be required in certain communities.


QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. While prior experience in the industry is not mandatory, we highly value self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to input data into databases and utilize iPads effectively.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Demonstrated proficiency in conflict resolution and customer service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

ABILITIES NEEDED

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions.
  • Capable of multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-service oriented with the ability to collaborate within a team and maintain composure during high-pressure situations.
