Administrative Coordinator

At Magellan Financial & Insurance Services, Inc., we are dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial advisors with opening new accounts and completing required documentation for clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all action items are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage new annuity applications and facilitate account openings through Fidelity and Schwab.
- Organize and maintain accurate client records, including trade-related documents and financial applications.
- Perform client service-related requests such as check processing, address changes, and wire transfers.
- Provide reports and relevant information to financial advisors upon request.
- Identify and escalate any concerns or unusual client activity to the financial advisor or branch manager.
- Support the administrative needs of the office, including answering phones, processing mailings, and filing documents.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of administrative processes, including file management and office procedures.
- Basic understanding of the investment brokerage industry and familiarity with regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
