QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED:
Exceptional organizational abilities with a proven track record of managing extensive data and adhering to tight deadlines; Proficient in database management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications, particularly Word and Excel; Typing speed of 50 wpm; Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; Capability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively; Ability to collaborate with colleagues and facilitate coordination across various departments; Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

PREFERRED:
Experience in regulatory compliance.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
Requires a sedentary to light physical demand level. Must be capable of working independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and medical center staff.

Must possess the ability to prioritize tasks, meet ongoing deadlines, manage time efficiently, and respond promptly to changes in regulatory programs.

Must be able to function effectively in high-pressure situations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Organizes routine and specialized internal audits.
Provides guidance and support to internal auditors.
Keeps detailed records of internal audits, including follow-up actions.
Assists with accreditation processes as required.
Participates in Accreditation Steering Committee and other relevant committees as necessary.

Oversees and manages the RDE (QC) segment of the Midas + software, including technical support for routing, maintaining dictionaries, managing access as instructed, and generating reports to monitor and analyze events.

Types letters, minutes, agendas, reports, or other documents, often of a confidential nature, in a timely manner.
Compiles and maintains various reports.
Contributes to special projects.
Exhibits strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Adheres to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Maintains competency in all responsibilities associated with the position.
Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Provides support and coverage in Quality Management as required.
Exhibits familiarity with all relevant office equipment.
Demonstrates competence in alignment with the defined mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives of the organization.

This will be evident through ongoing completion of any or all of the following:
proficiency assessments, skill demonstrations, adherence to core service excellence standards, and documentation reviews.
