Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at BJ's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, implement new initiatives, and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, casual dining environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, improving guest satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
