POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our service teams are dedicated to delivering warm, welcoming, and efficient hospitality to our patrons, ensuring an exceptional dining experience that encourages repeat visits.

Qualified applicants for the BARTENDER position must demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server/Bartender/Bar Back in a casual or upscale dining environment, with a preference for craft cocktail experience.
  • A passion for crafting cocktails and a commitment to the guest service and hospitality industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of beverage presentation, preparation, and alcohol service handling.
  • The ability to execute cocktail recipes and create house-made ingredients such as syrups and shrubs.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, mixology, and pairing principles.
  • A solid understanding of the essential steps of service required in all Front of the House roles.
  • Basic math skills, comfort with handling cash, and proficiency with a point-of-sale system, preferably ALOHA.
  • The ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A stable work history and reliable attendance record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Physical capability to perform all job-related duties.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including long hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a willingness to learn.
  • A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor with a collaborative approach.
