About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Specialist to join our team at Angel Kids Foundation, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the financial needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute fundraising plans to secure funding from individual donors, corporations, foundations, and other potential funding sources.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to build a strong network of supporters.
  • Prepare and submit grant proposals to secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and other entities.
  • Manage grant reporting requirements and ensure compliance with funder guidelines.
  • Develop and implement donor engagement and retention strategies to foster long-term support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or a related role within a nonprofit organization.
  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and donor engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and proposals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
