Job OverviewMidtown Table is a dynamic Italian-inspired restaurant serving lunch, dinner, and craft cocktails. Our kitchen team is dedicated to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker/ Line Cook to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean and organized workstation, maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the Chef de Cuisine and kitchen team to achieve menu goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team by being proactive, flexible, and willing to learn and grow.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knife skills, product knowledge, and understanding of various cooking methods and ingredients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Basic food safety understanding and practice, with a willingness to obtain certification.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
