POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked at the nursing station. You will manage the distribution of supplies, document inventory and cost information, and provide relevant data to the facility's Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in English and able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute verbal and written directions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff in performing duties.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours based on position requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
  • Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of post-employment physical exam, including drug screening and background checks, is required.

Experience Required:

  • Relevant administrative experience and/or experience as a CNA or Nurse is necessary.
  • Prior experience with practice management systems or at least one year in patient registration or a related role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply ordering processes is beneficial.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-Time Employment Available
  • Shifts: Daytime
  • Hourly Wage: $18.00 - $20.00
