POSITION OVERVIEW:

The role involves maintaining inventory and ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked at the nursing station. Responsibilities include distributing necessary supplies, recording inventory levels and associated costs, and providing relevant data to the facility's Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated capability to execute both verbal and written directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
  • Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of post-employment physical exams, which may include drug screening, criminal background checks, and reference inquiries.

Experience Required:

  • Relevant administrative experience and/or experience as a CNA or Nurse sufficient to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Experience with practice management systems or at least one year in patient registration or a related role.
  • Knowledge of supply ordering processes is essential.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-Time Opportunities Available
  • Shifts Required: Day Shift
  • Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
