POSITION OVERVIEW:

The role involves maintaining inventory levels and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked at the nursing station. Responsibilities include distributing necessary supplies, documenting inventory and cost information, and providing data to the facility's Administrator.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in English and able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute verbal and written directives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Must be available to work scheduled hours as per the job requirements.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
  • Compliance with local health regulations and passing of post-employment physical exam, including drug screening and background checks, is mandatory.

Experience Required:

  • Relevant administrative experience or experience as a CNA or Nurse is necessary.
  • Prior experience with practice management systems or at least one year in patient registration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of supply ordering processes is essential.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-Time Position Available
  • Required Shift: Day Shift
  • Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
