Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Magnolia, TX.

This role is ideal for a professional looking to apply their skills in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

You will play a key role in assessing and treating students with communication disorders, contributing significantly to their academic and social success.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills and identify areas needing development.
  • Plan and implement effective speech therapy interventions in accordance with students' IEPs.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support the speech and language needs of students.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to provide insights on communicative supports and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or closely related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
