Speech-Language Pathology Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in a diverse educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to conduct assessments and implement therapy plans.
  • Provide direct speech and language services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Support bilingual students in both English and Spanish.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student progress.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
  • A valid SLPA license in Texas.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, culturally responsive services to students.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time, contract position with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
