Job Title: Community Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial performance, operational excellence, and leasing success at one or more communities.
  • Provide leadership and management for community operations and maintenance teams, setting performance standards and coaching associates towards desired business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement programs to maximize revenue, maintain expense control, and increase value.
  • Oversee pricing and occupancy strategies, assist in budget preparation, and provide thorough monthly reforecasts and operating reports.
  • Partner with the Service Manager to review and recommend capital improvements and capital programs for expense reduction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of multi-family or related property management experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and reports to develop solutions.
  • Ability to set clear objectives, define success, and lead teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Entrata, Yardi, and Revenue Management Software.
