Community Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at The Morgan Group, Inc. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Manage the overall operations of the community, including leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Financial Management
- Manage community budgets, including rent collection, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Marketing and Leasing
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive resident engagement and leasing activity.
- Manage the leasing process, including showings, applications, and lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Resident Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement resident retention strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce turnover.
- Conduct regular resident surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Management
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in operations management, financial management, and resident relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
