Overview:

We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic Mobile Culinary Specialist to become a vital part of our innovative food truck crew. The perfect candidate will possess a robust culinary background, exceptional cooking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a high-energy environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and uniformity of our culinary offerings while providing outstanding customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu selections in line with established recipes and quality benchmarks.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations of the mobile kitchen.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Oversee and manage stock levels effectively.
  • Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, taking and fulfilling orders while ensuring exceptional service at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Culinary Specialist or in a similar capacity within a restaurant or mobile food service environment.
  • Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced setting and manage high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
