Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide full-service HR support to our Calibr division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle recruitment for all Calibr requisitions: sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring top quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, job competencies and skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with Scripps Research Compensation & Benefits team to conduct job analyses/pricing and draft/update job descriptions.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track progress of applicants.
  • Perform administrative functions of the recruitment process including job postings, communication with candidates, interview coordination, and applicant paperwork.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a biotech environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
