Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our client's growing organization in Central San Diego. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop strategic recruitment plans and implement them successfully
  • Process multistate payroll and manage employee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, maintaining a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $79,000-$89,000 annually, based on industry standards and local market conditions. Additionally, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
