Location: Knoxville, TN - Onsite
Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:
As a Network Operations Center Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of technologies and processes, including but not limited to:
  • Line of business applications and proprietary technologies
  • Active Directory, SCCM, and MECM management
  • Storage Area Networks (SAN)
  • Application and file server management
  • Communication server oversight
  • Management of edge devices
  • Local Area Network (LAN), Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) operations
  • Security protocols, firewalls, and switch management
  • 24/7 on-call support for TMC network

Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong communication, technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive networking experience with a deep understanding of network security, WAN, LAN, and internet routing and switching protocols, as well as wireless, VPN, and VMware capabilities.
  • Experience in deploying and managing network and application monitoring solutions that ensure clear visibility into network traffic and performance.
  • The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, employing sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Proficiency in interfacing with various functions and levels within the organization, and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery, Resiliency Planning, and the design of highly available solutions.
  • Familiarity with all Windows operating systems, Exchange, Active Directory, and equipment from Cisco and Dell.
  • A solid understanding of Domains, Segmentation, Account Management, Network backups, Trusts, Policies, Network Protocols and Bindings, Software Imaging, and Firewalls.
  • Experience in managing and supporting Intelligent System networks, including Fiber Optic, CCTV, RDS, and DMS.
  • Functional knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, ITSM, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and Scrum development.
