Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Systems Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.

  • The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the amusement park industry or industrial/manufacturing environment, with a strong background in control system software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, and nationally recognized testing laboratory certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include designing, developing, editing, and troubleshooting PLC hardware and software code, as well as providing technical direction and leading technical projects. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, schedule, coordinate, and perform risk/hazard analysis, and propose engineering efforts to improve downward trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop control systems for ride attractions.
  • Troubleshoot PLC hardware and software issues.
  • Provide technical direction and lead technical projects.
  • Perform risk/hazard analysis and propose engineering efforts to improve downward trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the amusement park industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong background in control system software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Nationally recognized testing laboratory certifications (desired).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
