We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Control Air Enterprises LLC in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process piping, project management, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering successful projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple process piping projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
  • Oversight of the design, fabrication, and installation of piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with quality assurance personnel.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, changes, and challenges.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing issues proactively to minimize risk and ensure project success.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, customer standard operating procedures, weld certifications, turnover packages, change orders, RFIs, and other related documents.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process piping, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of piping materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Experience in managing large-scale industrial, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical projects is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
