Job Summary:

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to dogs. As a Dog Daycare Attendant, you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing the dogs in our care, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and providing top-notch customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the dogs in our care, ensuring their safety and health at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, adhering to our strict cleaning protocols and checklists.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with dog check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our members.
  • Participate in dog training and behavior modification programs, helping to create a positive and supportive environment for our canine friends.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with dogs, with a strong understanding of canine behavior and body language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and members.
  • Ability to lift and move dogs weighing over 50 pounds, as well as bend, reach, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varying shifts and schedules.
  • Basic understanding of dog behavior and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
