Key Responsibilities
  • Establish branch objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
  • Plan, staff, and supervise all branch activities, including personnel administration, performance review, defining functions, dispatching, and other responsibilities.
  • Maintain a positive financial posture for the branch and monitor cost analysis activities on a routine basis.
  • Identify potential projects and gain admittance to bidder's lists. Maintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basis.
  • Monitor the overall quantity and quality of work performed by the branch.
  • Attend networking groups related to commercial HVAC to attain and maintain existing clients.
  • Assist and help diagnose issues involving HVAC equipment.
  • Process all incoming client service, maintenance, and warranty calls in a pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required by the branch's operating needs or as directed by the Branch Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Three years of Commercial HVAC Service experience and a proven record of successfully running an HVAC Service division required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests.
Working Conditions
  • Full-time onsite.
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, State, and Federal regulations.
