At Lauderdale Pet Lodge, our Daycare Attendants play a vital role in providing exceptional care for our furry guests. Each position within our pet care team is centered around the hands-on attention and affection we give to every animal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every guest is treated with respect and dignity
  • Engage in interactive activities with pets in our daycare areas
  • Supervise multiple dogs throughout the day, monitoring for any potential conflicts or health issues
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment by adhering to our rigorous cleaning protocols
  • Track guests' health through daily monitoring of eating and elimination habits
  • Observe and document pets' behaviors during playtime
  • Follow all safety standards in handling pets
A Day in the Life:


Our guests come from loving homes, and we take the responsibility of caring for them very seriously.


Our back-of-house team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention, whether pets are with us for a few hours or several weeks.

As part of our daycare team, you will ensure that all pets are safe, enjoying themselves, and interacting positively with one another, while closely monitoring their behaviors.

Throughout your day, you will not only engage with the pets but also interact with their owners, providing updates and insights.

Documentation of each pet's activities and behaviors is essential, and you will be prepared to share this information with your manager and the pet parents.

And remember, you might leave with a bit of fur on your clothes and plenty of happy tail wags
