We specialize in providing high-quality, cost-effective outpatient diagnostic imaging, both at fixed locations and through mobile services. Our commitment to excellence in radiology ensures that we offer comprehensive radiology services in every region we serve.

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Lead Clerical, the primary duties of the Patient Services Coordinator include welcoming clients, assisting visitors with inquiries, managing patient registration, scheduling appointments by liaising with referring physicians, patients, and their families, overseeing patient flow, and delivering outstanding customer service. Fluency in Korean is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients courteously and promptly.
  • Assist clients by addressing their questions and fulfilling their requests with patience.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared prior to patient arrival.
  • Complete the registration process accurately, entering patient data into the RIS and resolving any discrepancies with patients, clinics, or insurance providers.
  • Review or complete patient questionnaires as needed.
  • Scan relevant documents into the patient chart within the RIS.
  • Manage patient check-in/out, process payments, and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Proactively assist patients who may have difficulty moving or filling out forms.
  • Document pertinent information in the patient chart within the RIS.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Prior experience in customer service, handling cash, and attention to detail is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with medical terminology (Preferred)
  • Basic computer skills (Preferred)

Language Proficiency:

Ability to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence. Capable of writing basic correspondence and effectively presenting information in small group settings. MUST SPEAK KOREAN or CHINESE.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in word processing software, internet applications, RIS, and PACS.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a structured schedule.

Compensation:

Hourly pay rate of $22.00.
