Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Aras Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving post-sales adoption management and technical best practices for Aras Innovator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful subscriber adoption and utilization of Aras Innovator
  • Coach subscribers on PLM best practices and technical tips
  • Escalation management and get well plans to resolve complex issues
  • Support renewal and expansion opportunities for existing customers
  • Develop tools and best practices to enhance subscriber success
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLM software and industry experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to travel up to 25%
