At Nextuple Inc, we're revolutionizing the Order Management landscape, and we're looking for a talented Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our Order Management Studio.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and priorities.
  • Develop and execute strategic customer success plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage multiple complex sales efforts simultaneously, supporting a renewal base of multiple millions of dollars in annual revenue.
  • Partner with clients to develop deep understanding of their business goals and priorities, becoming a trusted advisor of their business across the Order Management domain and beyond.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer success, complex program delivery, management consulting, sales, or portfolio management experience with a demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned goals and expectations.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience within Retail, Grocery, eCommerce, Consumer, Supply Chain, or related industry.
  • Ability to work independently from home and during travel in an unstructured and fluid capacity to meet simultaneous organization and client objectives.
